‘Tis the season for Corrine’s Creations.

For holidays and special occasions, I decorate both commercial and private spaces using a combination of my own hand–mades, well–chosen purchases and, of course, creativity. Let me show you how I decorated Planet Hollywood New York City for Christmas 2002.


A Finishing Touch
Working with the theme of “planet‚” I dedicated various rooms of the restaurant to our solar system. The focal point of each room was a Christmas tree topped by a rendition of the planet with the tree and room decorations reflecting my vision of that planet’s holiday décor.

For example‚ the motif for Venus (named for the goddess of love) consisted of fairy–lights, white gauzy ribbons and chocolate drops. The motif for Pluto (the coldest planet) consisted of snowballs and icicles with purple lights and silver ribbons. And so on… The results charmed thousands of holiday visitors to the restaurant.
